Technology & Operational Due Diligence

Your deal team can model the financials, but can the target’s technology actually support the growth plan?

100-Day Value Creation Plan

You’ve closed the deal. The clock is running. The CEO is drowning in integration tasks, and nobody is translating the investment thesis into a technology and operational execution plan.

We work with portfolio company leadership to build a prioritized, technology-anchored transformation roadmap — identifying the system, data, and automation initiatives that underpin the broader value creation plan, assigning ownership, establishing KPIs, and launching execution within the first 100 days.

Fractional Chief Transformation Officer

Your portfolio company needs senior technology and transformation leadership. A full-time C-suite hire isn’t justified, and consultants who visit once a month don’t move the needle.

We embed inside your portfolio company as fractional CTrO — typically 2–3 days per week. We lead with technology: system modernization, AI deployment, data strategy, and digital infrastructure. But because technology transformation doesn’t happen in a vacuum, we extend into the commercial and operational changes that technology enables. We report jointly to the CEO and the deal partner.

AI Readiness & Deployment

Every LP deck mentions AI. Most portfolio companies don’t know where to start, and most AI consultants sell technology without understanding PE economics.

We run a structured AI Readiness Assessment — evaluating data infrastructure, workflow patterns, team capability, and competitive landscape to identify high-ROI AI deployment opportunities. We’ve built production applications with AI tools ourselves, so our recommendations come from hands-on experience.
