If you're curious, "Ad Quaestum" is pronounced "Ad Questum", and is Latin for "towards profit". Why the ae? This is a diphthong, a single vowel sound from two letters, often used in Latin. In fact, "Caesar:, as in the salad, features a diphthong too. It's not usually appreciated, but it might explain the frequent misspellings!
